Our 15,000 sq ft facility is the oldest and best CrossFit gym in Los Angeles, and houses a team of seasoned instructors who are here to guide you every step of the way.

Part of the genius of CrossFit is the use of compound movements that work and strengthen a variety of musculature all at once, from your core to your extremities.  There are 640 muscles in the human body and nobody has time to work each one individually nor is it as effective as training them as a group. Using constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity, you’ll get your whole body worked out naturally and safely.  The efficiency and functionality of the CrossFit system is why people who depend on fitness, like law enforcement and the military, began using it. You’ll be prepared for whatever life throws at you, the known and the unknowable. And it’s fun too.

CrossFit Old Valley offers classes seven days a week for every age range and skill level. From a CrossFit Boot Camp (Burn) to Olympic Weightlifting, our 15 certified trainers will help you get the most out of your high intensity, constantly varied workout in a small group setting.

CrossFit Old Valley doesn’t stop at the best classes in the San Fernando Valley. Our facility is stocked with a wide variety of unique fitness equipment that will help you train in ways you never imagined. We also have Olympic Weightlifting platforms, Assault bikes, climbing ropes, and sand bags (used as a substitute for an injured family member you may need to rescue someday). If you want to prepare mentally and physically for whatever life throws at you and you’re not afraid of hard work then Old Valley is the right place for you.
